of tube or if diameter/radius is too tight relative to wall thickness.
Controls
Controls at low voltage, 24 VAC, located on mobile station with:
Foot operated controls for forward/reverse rotation of bending rolls.
Double push buttons to operate hydraulic cylinders of bending rolls.
2 Electronic digital displays to monitor bending rolls positions
(displays equipped with "zero out" switch for end stop setting.)
Construction
Asymmetric double pinch type, three driving rolls, for profiles, sections and
tubes of steel, aluminum, brass, copper, and alloys. Rated capacity: W - 1.5
cm3.
Machine housing in heavy cast iron G26, accurately machines, coated with
industrial polyurethane, green.
Shafts, gears, and pinions in alloy steel heat treated and ground, rotating on
long life grease lubricated high dynamic load, spherical roller bearings.
Universal rolls in high-grade tool steel, heat treated for long wear
resistance.
Side guide rolls manually adjustable in three directions, up/dn, in/out, and
toward/away from top roll.
Rolls rotation driven by electric motor: 2.8 K.W.
Hydraulic independent adjustment of bending rolls through cylinders to perform
profile prebending, controlled by machine mounted hydraulic distributor with
levers using "deadman" safety action.
Bending rolls upper end stop mechanically adjustable for precise repetition of
positions, settings readable on roll counters.
